Summary of Terms DevelopHR Consulting provides HR support based on the selected service package. Services begin with a one-time Onboarding Fee, which includes a Discovery & Onboarding Meeting and review of your current HR systems and employee handbook (recommendations only; edits billed separately). All services are covered under a 12-month service agreement. Early cancellation is subject to a minimum fee equal to three months of service. After the initial 12 months, the agreement renews automatically on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides written notice of cancellation. Additional work outside the package scope — such as handbook development, recruiting support, assessments, trainings, or 1:1 coaching — is billed separately at a reduced hourly rate. A comprehensive Service Agreement will be provided upon submission of your form and package selection. The agreement will include complete details on scope of services, payment terms, confidentiality provisions, termination rights, and other standard business terms.
